Real Estate & GIS Integration
Ripco Real Estate’s retail-focused GIS team adds sophisticated location strategy to the art of commercial real estate deal making. The small but mighty team of four is able to support over 175 brokers across eight offices through savvy automations and custom geoprocessing tools. Andie will present about the maps, analytics, reports, and automations that illustrate the demographic, retail, and market landscape, providing real life context to data.
Bio
Andie is a Senior GIS Analyst at Ripco Real Estate, where she leads department initiatives, automates workflows, and delivers impactful spatial insights that support tenant/agency leasing, investment sales, capital markets, and retail new market entry. She is also the organizer of The Mappy Hour-NYC.
